Joey Tre’s latest single, Runaway, was released the 25th of February, 2019. Since then, it has been developing quite a bit of revenue over the last month. It is definitely a switch up flow since his album “Cut From the Same Cloth”, but in a more diverse way. Usually, this “barsy” artist is known for spitting line after line. However, this track makes you think about a certain love life you needed to let go. He voices his prospective of the very conflicting love that people go through when they need to let someone go in their life, but still loves them.

Ever heard the term, “the one who got away?” Well, Runaway is the very song for it. It lays out every emotion plain and simple. Sometimes, when you love someone so much, you have to let them go. Of course, it will hurt, but in the end, it is what’s best for both of your lives to grow.
