Somer Strickland, lyrically known as Mz. Infamous,  is 18 years old from the west side of Detroit, MI. In her own words, she explains how music has been apart of her life:

“I started creating music when I was 14 years old, and from then on, when I turned 17, I created my own label called Young Rich & On the Move Inc. TM. My first solo project under my label will be entitled “Underrated & Educated”.

I really wanted to further my rap career because at a very young age, due to artists, such as A Tribe Called Quest, Common, 50 Cent, and Notorious B.I.G., that made a huge impact in my life, as far as music and made me fall in love with hip-hop. Aside from that, I’m currently in college at Eastern Michigan University, working to obtain my bachelor’s degree in Arts and Entertainment Management to take my label to a global level.”
